Jotinder is a hydrologist holding a Master’s degree in Water Resources Management from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. His primary areas of interest include hydrology, hydrometry, hydraulics, and water resources management. He has over one year of professional experience at HARC, where he has contributed to a range of projects involving flood estimation studies and dam break assessments.
In addition to his technical work, he is actively engaged in research initiatives and regularly participates in professional conferences. He is also a Young Leader participant in the Murray–Darling Basin Authority Summits.
