Carolyn Tsioulos

Carolyn joined our Floodplain Management team in Melbourne in October.
Carolyn is a senior environmental engineer with over 22 years’ experience in the water industry, working with government agencies as well as consulting and private industry.
Prior to joining HARC, Carolyn managed her own consultancy, undertaking projects across the flood management, flood warning and climate change space. She worked on projects for a number of State government agencies, as well as partnering with other consultants.
Carolyn also worked for Melbourne Water in various capacities for ten years. Her responsibilities included liaising with councils, developers, other agencies and the community to facilitate land development, floodplain management and manage risks as well as developing and implementing high-level flood risk management and climate change adaptation strategies.
