Su Zhou is a hydrologist with a background in flood modelling, catchment hydrology. He recently submitted his PhD thesis at the University of Queensland on coral rubble dynamics and holds a First-Class Honors degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New South Wales, where his research focused on rainfall-runoff modelling and flood risk analysis. Proficient in MATLAB, R, and Python, Su is experienced in hydrological modelling tools such as RORB and GR4J, combining data analysis and programming expertise to support water resource planning and management.
Su joined HARC in September 2025 and is keen to apply his background in hydrology and flood modelling together with his skills in programming and data analysis to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions.
