Albert is a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Australia, with over seven years of experience in flood risk assessment, hydraulic modelling and dam safety consequence assessments.
He has delivered a large number of dambreak consequence assessments across Australia, with extensive experience in dambreak modelling and LifeSim-based loss of life (PLL) estimation in accordance with ANCOLD guidelines. Albert is proficient in a range of hydrologic, hydraulic, and geospatial software, including RORB, TUFLOW and QGIS. Albert is also experienced in LifeSim modelling.
