HARC Welcomes Edward Funnell to its team. Ed has joined HARC’s growing Melbourne office and is a Chartered Civil Engineer with ten years of experience in the field of surface water and flood risk management.
During his career Ed has worked on a vast range of national and international projects for both private and public-sector clients in Australia, the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia.
