Mt Coffee Review of Flood Capacity

The Mount Coffee Hydropower Plant is located on the St Paul River in Liberia. The dam was breached in 1990 and after some 25 years the dams and hydropower plant are being rehabilitated. HARC undertook an expert review of the consequence classification and the acceptable flood capacity which informed the design of the upgrade to the dam.
