As outlined in Action 4-3 of the 2022 Central and Gippsland Region Sustainable Water Strategy (CGRSWS), a long term annual average of 3 GL per year of Barwon Water’s Lal Lal Bulk Entitlement and 0.7 GL of Barwon Water’s Upper East Moorabool Bulk Entitlement in Bostock Reservoir will be transferred to the Wadawurrung Traditional Owners Aboriginal Corporation (WTOAC) and to the Victorian Environmental Water Holder by 2025. This project involved scenario modelling to determine the Barwon Water impacts, including additional scenarios to provide additional environmental and cultural flows in the Moorabool River.
