HARC were commissioned to provide flood intelligence to support the State Emergency Service’s response to the June 2021 floods in Gippsland. Two HARC senior engineers were deployed to the Traralgon Incident Control Centre where they worked closely with the SES and South Gippsland CMA to provide advice on flood impacts to inform the emergency response. It was a pleasure to provide particular insights for the lower Thomson River having recently delivered the flood study.
