In your storm file you need to remove the pluvio reference numbers, when you are only inputting 1 pluviograph in the storm file RORB does not read in the pluviograph assignment. The reason why RORB works when you only have a code 7 is because the last piece of data RORB reads is the subarea rainfall totals, it doesn’t read any more lines of text. When you have the code 7.1, it is expecting the hydrograph data after the subarea rainfall data so an error pops up because RORB is reading in the pluviograph reference instead of the hydrograph data it is expecting.
Just another thing to note, using the FIT run in RORB is normally no longer used as DESIGN runs give you more control over the loss values being applied.
