    Hi there,
We have received a catchment file from a third party. The file was completed with version 6.15 and saved as an old *.cat file.
When I try to read the file in RORB (using version 6.45) we get an error on the cat file.
I have check the model operations and control codes, but I couldn’t find any obvious error.
Can you please provide some assistance to resolve the issue and run the model?
    Thanks.

    Hi Dave,

The error is occurring because at the top of the old .cat file there is the line “C RORB_GE 6.15”. It is this line causing the error as RORB is expecting GE data but there isn’t any GE data written in the file. If you delete that line then RORB no longer tries to read GE data and will just assume it is the core control codes and it should read the rest of the file fine.

    Kind regards,

    Benson
