Katherine Szabo

Katherine is a senior water resource engineer with 10 years of experience. Katherine’s expertise includes developing hydrologic and water resource models across Australia and globally.

Katherine has developed a number of complex water resource models throughout Victoria (using both REALM and Source) that are used to inform severe drought planning, long term water availability strategy and environmental flow management. Katherine has also used the water resource models to undertake investigations to determine the impacts of farm dams, management approaches and climate change on environmental flow compliance of stressed and vulnerable river systems.
