Saeed Attarzadeh

Saeed is an experienced hydrologist with a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering-Hydraulic Structures and a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering. He completed his final year research project on Energy dissipation in combined configuration of a flip jump and conventional dissipation basin using Flow-3D and Civil 3D software.

Saeed’s experience includes two years as a civil engineer and four years as hydraulic engineer. He worked in the Ministry of Energy and Water in Afghanistan, where he prepared numerous prefeasibility studies for new potential water resources projects across the country. Saeed has experience in a number of different water models (including HEC-HMS, MIKE11, HEC-RAS, TUFLOW, SMS), GIS tools (QGIS, ArcGIS and Global Mapper), 3D tools (FLOW 3D and CIVIL 3D) and Drawing tool (AUTOCAD) for hydraulic and hydrological Modelling.

Saeed is enthusiastic about combining his interests in water and hydrology with his programming and data analysis capabilities to achieve efficient, data-driven solutions.
