MWH have recently been awarded the functional and detailed design role for the upgrade of the West Gellibrand Dam, near Colac. The dam is owned and operated by Barwon Water, and this project represents a significant investment by the authority into dam safety. HARC are pleased to have been invited by MWH to assist with a number of aspects of the project, including spillway capacity modelling and construction phase flood forecasting.
