Hume dambreak consequences

HARC was commissioned by WaterNSW (for the MDBA) to update the dambreak modelling and consequences of failure for Hume Dam. This involves developing a dambreak model for 450 km of the River Murray. The potential loss of life was estimated using LifeSim which accounts for the dissemination of warning, mobilisation of the population and potential for traffic congestion.
