The trends in farm dam development between 2000 and 2015 were estimated by digitising available imagery across sample areas and undertaking statistical analyses to project future farm dam growth, as an input to Victoria’s Water Resource Plans. It was observed that areas of relatively high and low farm dam growth tended to cluster near each other.
