We are excited to announce Tansy Huang has joined our Dam Safety team in Melbourne.
Tansy joins HARC from Southern Rural Water where she recently held the roles of Emergency and Flood Planning Engineer and Team Lead – Asset Planning.
Tansy has hands-on experience in dam safety management including large dams and weirs inspections, dam safety emergency planning, dam flood operations planning and response for fixed crest and gated dams, all-hazards operational risk assessment, program level implementation of risk management systems, technical oversight and operation of flood monitoring and forecasting systems and bulk water asset management and investment planning. She is also contributing to the ANCOLD working group developing a new ANCOLD Guideline on Dam Safety Emergency Planning.
Tansy’s experience further strengthens HARC’s leading capability to support our clients in understanding and managing dam safety, flood and operational risks across their dams portfolios.
