If RORB crashes without an error message that’s an indication that the process is being terminated by something other than RORB (crashes due to bugs in RORB produce an error message). We have had some reports in the past where managed IT setups can falsely identify RORB as malicious and shut it prematurely (usually this happens immediately prior to RORB about to popup with a new window).
My only suggestion in that case is if the above is applicable then maybe ensure any antivirus software has RORB whitelisted. Sorry this isn’t too helpful, but because this is usually caused by the IT setup rather than RORB it’s hard to diagnose from out end.
